I have a complaint
for your mechnical technician and accountant department.I had serviced my indica car (UP40 H 2751) in your company where for the purpose of wheel balanceing issued 14 wheel wt. articles by mechanic from company articles/material shop,but in my car used only 3 wheel wt. articles.But i had payment for total 14 wheel wt. articles.
and my second complaint is that my name is dinesh chandra but my bill is prepare in the name of Mr. Anupam trivedi Indiranagar,lucknow.why your accountant do not work properly.
when i asked for it in your company they don't responce me properly and some of time he/she said to me i will manage it in your next service. But tell me why i come to you again?
please refund my excess payment which is charged by me from your staff.

SIR,
MY car indica vistais holding from 22nd of march for the complaint of the gear box in SRM motors in lucknow ,buttill know they can't resolve my problem of gearbox and saying i will give your car tomorrow ,but can't in time,I go there twice a day but they didn't tell me the correct time and works manager saying me that i have to mail to tata motors about your car of dir have to send but since 3 day they telling me to change gearbox but they are not sending the dir to the the tata motors but they are not sending the dir to the tata motors and not taking any action regards to my car .
I have complaint so many times to works manager ( mr pankaj malvi ) he is not responding me what to do,he used to say i will see i will give u tomorrow your car but is not giving ,and i also used to complaint to crm she also repeat what works manager say,
any one is not listening my problem.
please solve my problem as soon as possible
